Interval Train With Me! | Fitness Mode

Hi loves!  It’s #ToneItUpTuesday !!  :)))))  I recently had a request on Instagram to do this fitness video. IMG_3118 2A different genre than what I normally do on my channel, and a fun video to put together for you guys!

Disclaimer: I am a professional model, not a personal trainer, so it is important to consult with a physician before beginning any workout.  The exercises I share with you in this video are a few of the ones that work for me in my interval training process.  IMG_3039My daily 20-30 minute routine consists of 6-7 butt, abs, arms, legs & thigh targeting exercises.  IMG_3072It is very important to keep your muscles guessing, so I like to switch up a lot of these exercises and/or increase the intervals.  While I love 60 minute workouts, I’ve found that interval training for 20-30 minutes is equally as great!  And I hope this workout goes awesome for you, too!  IMG_3030 2.jpgMany of my interval training workouts consist of using my Piltates Ultra-Fit circle (left side of yoga mat).  It is not necessary to have one to be able to do this workout, however.  A 5 lb weight or canned food from your kitchen cupboard works great, too!IMG_3059 3   I personally love the Pilates circle because it allows me to target several muscles at once and tones my arms FAST.  It is amazing for inner thighs also!  You can easily do thigh squeezes with it while you work from a laptop as well!  :)))) For more info on the Pilates circle, click here.  Let’s get this workout started!!

IMG_3097 4

Just grab a yoga mat (or large towel), a Pilates circle or single weight of some sort (I like 5 lbs, but 2 lb weights are great, too!), a tall jug of water, & let’s SWEAT!!! Hope you enjoy the video! Much love! ❤ ❤ xoxo ~Kelle

Raise Your Love, Raise Your Standards, Raise Your Vibrations <3

That look you give when someone says you can’t model, act, sing, dance, or dream ✌🏻. As a model & actor for over 10 yrs, it wasn’t until the last 2 yrs where the “no you can’t’s” finally came to a 🛑. I hope this post helps anyone who has been told “no” to their dreams. When they try to deter you, remember, only bullies do that. And I hope you place more importance on your dreams than to ever let anyone diminish you. Focus on the good & healthy fruit, and not the bad apples. Raise your standards. Raise your love. Raise your vibrations. And you can conquer ANYTHING the 🌎 has to offer. Much luv!! XO ~Kelle 💖🦋🌈✌🏻#raiseyourlove #raiseyourstandards #raiseyourvibration #mindset #mood #life #in #blackandwhite

2016 Yearly Beauty Favorites & Happy New Year Limited Edition Makeup Giveaway!

TGIF, loves!! I have finallyyyyyy completed the compilation of my 2016 beauty favorites!  In no particular order of amor, I will begin with lip products. For 2016, and life in general: color was (is) key.  Throughout the year I loved NYX’s Butter Lipsticks in the shades: Thunderstorm (I wear this nearly every day of my life), Moonlit Night, Sweet Shock, Afternoon Heat, & Rootbeer Float.

IMG_3628.jpg
NYX Butter Lipsticks, Shades (left to right): Rootbear Float, Thunderstorm, Afternoon Heat, Moonlit Night, & Sweet Shock
My most loved daytime foundation for 2016 was my Garnier Miracle Skin Perfector BB Cream, SPF 15, Shade: Light/Medium.  This BB cream provides outstanding coverage with major skin hydration benefits that my dry skin needs.  What’s great is that its finish doesn’t appear to be overly saturated with moisture or dewiness. It leaves your skin looking flawless, with coverage, and rarely required the use of powder.  Hands down my go-to foundation product for most of my on-camera work in 2016.  I’ve raved on and on about my love for Miracle Skin Transformer’s Miracle Balm over the last year, so I of course had to include it in my yearly faves.  This creamy oil balm is the perfect fix for parched skin, lips, cuticles, etc.  I wear it on my lips nearly every day. OBSESSED.

IMG_3688.jpg
Garnier BB Cream, Miracle Skin Transformer’s Miracle Balm, & L’Oreal Visible Lift Blur concealer
If I didn’t have L’Oreal’s Visible Lift Blur concealer in my life, I would be lost! This light liquid type concealer is the perfect amount of coverage for hiding darkness and circles, without looking like you have concealer on.  It really does blur the underyes, and its thin, light & creamy texture gives a weightless appearance to undereyes.  Dream come true concealer!!  Another makeup item I would be lost without are highlighters!  My favorite face bling set in 2016 was Anastasia’s Sundipped Glow Kit.  IMG_3655 2.jpg

My favorite shades in the palette are Tourmaline & Moonstone.  They also make beautiful eyeshadows….

IMG_3657.jpg

Bellápierre’s Contour & Highlight mineral powder palette was used on the daily in 2016.  These shades are so buttery and blendable.  I love the combo of cool and warm bronzers, and the yellow shade is perfection for setting under eye concealer.  This palette is definitely well-traveled.  IMG_3607.jpgMy most cherished pink/white/lilac highlighter for inner eye, brow, cheek bones, cupid’s bow brightening was (is) my Measurable Difference Baked Face/Body Bronzer (but really it’s a rockin highlighter :))) It is one of the softest & smoothest baked highlighters I’ve ever used, & blends to perfection.  I’d say I used it about 99.9% of the year for waking up my eyes!

IMG_3678 2.jpg
Measurable Difference Baked Face/Body Bronzer (but really it’s a rockin highlighter!)
Another Measurable Difference fave for 2016 was my Rose Hip Body Oil.  While meant for the body, I use it on my face (don’t worry, the bottle says it can be used on the face ;).  It has an authentic rose scent and I love the pretty flowers floating in it.  A great facial hydration oil and bath oil as well.  LOVE it.

IMG_3666.jpg
Measurable Difference Rose Hip Hydrating Body Oil (can also be used on face)
2016 was definitely the year of the oils for me.  I am getting very low on my giant bottle of Ole Henriksen Body Oil (oddly, it looks full in the photo, but it’s not). In fact, I am starting to fret as I am nearing the 75% empty mark.  This was a big part of my nighttime relaxation ritual and helps me to get to zzzzzzzz. Mos def a 2016 favorite.IMG_3647.jpg

A girl without bronzers is a girl with pale skin, like me, lol.  I have two bronzer adorations for 2016 (and well on into 2017 :))): Sonia Kashuk’s Cream Bronzer in the shade: Rich, and Physician’s Formula Butter Bronzer, in the shade: Bronzer.

IMG_3583.jpg
Sonia Kashuk Cream Bronzer, Shade: Rich | Physicians’ Formula Butter Bronzer, Shade: Bronzer
I love the creaminess and blendability of Kashuk’s bronzer.  Amazing for dry skin.  And the Butter Bronzer is one of the most buttery powder bronzers I’ve ever used.  It was the perfect shade in wintery pale skin months.  I’ll be loving these just as much in 2017, too.  My favorite cream blushes were NYX’s Tickled & Boho Chic.  Tickled is a shade I will describe as looking similar to LAVA.  This lavalicious shade is perfect for brightening skin with gorgeous color in summer and winter months.  Boho Chic is that perfect pink for cheeks that look like your own with that hint of pink flush.

IMG_3597.jpg

Milani’s baked blushes are drugstore gems!! If you have never tried them, they are uber pigmented and STUNNING!!  They give a sheen to the skin that is so gorgeous.  My favorite shades are Luminoso, Rose D’Oro, Berry Amore, & Dolce Pink.  I can’t wait to pick up the rest of the shades from the line.

IMG_3616.jpg

A skin brightening liquid product that I adored in 2016 was Bare Minerals’ Biolucent Mineral Brightening Treatment.  It gives glow and great moisturizing benefits as well.  I like to apply it all over my face & undereyes after moisturizer, and before foundation.  It gives my skin radiance without looking overly glowy/dewy.  IMG_3602.jpg

My beloved Eucerin was my most used face moisturizer in 2016.  The larger than life bottle is nearly gone as I used it a ton for facial massages.  It’s one of the moisturizers that makes my skin feel and look hydrated when I wake up in the morning.  Holy grail moisturizer fo sho!  IMG_3675.jpg

In addition to moisturizing, proper exfoliation (once a week or so) are a must for keeping my skin healthy.  I also like to drink rice water before my shoots to boost the health & appearance of my skin.  That said, I am obsessed with Pacifica’s Rice Bright Luminizing Cleansing Paste.  It exfoliates, boosts, & moisturizes my skin, all in one product!IMG_3635.jpg

As I am sure you have heard me go on and on about, Pacifica’s Dream Big Mascara was a big hit for me in 2016.  The revolutionary, hard plastic magic bristles (that adjust via the handle) give me the precision for lower & upper lash building into the look of falsies.  I am convinced this mascara is magic.  IMG_3640.jpg

Anyone else with a taupe obsession?!  My most used cream shadow in 2016 was Rimmel’s Shadow Stick in the shade Bluffing.  This taupe shade has a duochrome-like soft lilac vibe that is so stunning.

Rimmel Eyeshadow Stick, Shade: Bluffing
If you made it through the end of this post, then I am sure you were wondering about palettes. Drum roll plzzzzz…for 2016 my most loved and used eyeshadow palettes were Urban Decay’s Naked Basics palettes.  I used them a lot with the Rimmel Bluffing shadow stick. Perfect pairing! IMG_3699.jpgThey were compact & sleek for travel & have great shades for quick & natural looks.  The   brilliant array of cool tone shades in the palettes I use a ton for my brows.

November Favorites: Skincare, Highlighters, & Heat-Free Big Hair Styling Tips!

TGIF! It’s about that time for November favorites (in December lol).  I went a little highlighter crazy with my favorites this time! Some days we just need a pick-me-up and highlighters do just that!  I’ve loved layering my highlighters & blush over the past few weeks.  I wore the layered, highlighted cheeky look I’ve been swooning for, in my favorites video, so that you can see how they look on the skin (minimally) in the daytime.  My absolute favorite blush right now is Maybelline’s Dream Bouncy Blush in the shade Coffee Cake.

img_0430
Maybelline Dream Bouncy Blush, Shade: Coffee Cake | November Favorites

There will be nooooo clouds in your coffee with this blush, let me tell ya!!! The copper, peachy sheen beautifies the skin flawlessly!  I’ve been wearing it with pale skin, and also with winter self-tanned skin for castings.  The bouncy, cream formula blends like a dream and dries to a subtle, glowing finish.  For not-so-subtle, I just apply more lol.  All skin tones can rock this copper beauty!  Layered on top of this blush, I’ve been applying Wet N Wild’s Fergie Highlighter in the shade, Photo Bomb.

img_0415

Then I blend Measurable Difference’s Baked Face & Body Highlighter in the shade, Copper, on top of that!  This baked shade is such a soft powder and also looks great with a tan!

img_0414
Measurable Difference Baked Face & Body Highlighter, Shade: Copper | November Favorites

I just loveeee the look of the coppery bouncy blush paired with the gold & copper highlighter shades from Wet N Wild & Measurable Difference, respectively. Another highlight I’ve enjoyed wearing on its own, with no other makeup products, is L’Oreal’s Touch On Color Highlighter in the shade, Golden Amplifier.

img_0431
L’Oreal Touch On Color Highlighter, Shade: Golden Amplifier | November Favorites

This light, creamy golden highlighter is great for on the go, thanks to its compact size. If I don’t feel up for wearing makeup, I just swipe it on my cheeks and eyes and I’m good. Also, gold is the perfect highlighter shade to rock on the cheekbones for the holidays!  My go to winter self-tanner has been Vita Liberata’s Organic Extra Rich Self Tanning Lotion in the shade, Dark.

img_0446
Vita Liberata Organic Tinted Self Tan Lotion, Shade: Dark | November Favorites

It gives my skin a natural, bronzed look without being too tan (as we are in the midst of winter ;).  I love that it is an organic formula, applies streak-free, and is a true bronze tanner without the orange tones! Also in my November favorites video is my big hair don’t care, heat-free styling secret: VELCRO ConAir rollers.

img_0452
ConAir Velcro rollers are my secret to BIG Bridget Bardot hair! | November Favorites

Bridget Bardot hair is VERY possible with these fuss-free & heat-free curlers.  I like to wrap my wet hair in them and secure them to my noggin with bobby pins.  Sleeping in them is not the most enjoyable, but it is my preferred method.  I think I have just gotten used to zzzzzz’g with a gigantuan velcro rainbow pinned on my head lol.  After the hair has dried completely, gently remove the curlers, and helloooooo Bridget!  Sometimes the hair is so big that I have to tame it down a bit with some hairspray.  Total change of subject: for quick hydration for my lips, I’ve been loving my EOS balms.

img_0447
EOS balms | Flavors: Coconut Milk & Summer Fruit | November Favorites

The coconut milk  (pink striped packaging) is my new favorite 🙂  Removing makeup has been easy and refreshing with Garnier’s Micellar Water (the one with the pink cap).  It will remove waterproof eye makeup if you saturate your cotton pad and apply and hold it to the eye area for about a minute.  Essential Oil’s Honey & Aloe Facial Mask has been giving my skin some extra hydration when it needs it.  I was sold with the words honey & aloe, two great skin ingredients.  It is a creamy mask that is amazing for dry skin.  For extra body hydration, I have been loving Mineral Fusion’s Unscented Body Lotion.  It is organic with uber-hydrating ingredients like glycerin & coconut oil, and really does provide 24 hours worth of hydration!  This is the perfect after-shave lotion for dry legs!  I’ve even used it on my face here and there with no problemos!  If you liked my November Favorites Video, please be sure to give it a like & please be sure to subscribe for more of my videos! Happy weekend, loves!  Muahhhh!!! xoxo Kelle ❤ ❤ ❤

NO Makeup Brushes Challenge! Full Face With No Brushes!

img_6896
This makeup look was achieved without any makeup brushes! | Lashes: Pacifica Dream Big Mascara, Lips: NYX Butter Lipstick, Shade: Thunderstorm, Brows: Rimmel Scandal Eyes, Shade: Taupe

TGIF, everyone!!  I hope everyone had a beautiful week and also hope you have a rockin weekend to come!  If you like comedy, then you will surely enjoy seeing me be at the devices of my fingers in the NO Makeup Brushes Challenge!  Thank you to my amazing subscriber, Nonie, for suggesting that I do this fun full faced makeup look without any brushes!  I loved the way the look turned out! In this video I also share with you one of my eyebrow tricks for creating a cool modeling look that I like to wear a lot. Simply drag your brow pencil a little more towards the bare area between your brows to rock your inner Elvis!  Whilst applying this makeup look with my fingers, I also discovered a few cool new makeup tricks!  I discovered a great new way to get super-duper smooth under-eyes.  Who knew that applying the silky Wet N’ Wild banana powder from the Dulce de Leche contour palette under the eye without a brush (for the first time ever), would give the absolute smoothest finish!!! It made my under-eyes look airbrushed! Anywho, I hope you have as much fun watching this video, as I did filming it! Thanks again, Nonie, for the request! Your support is always so amazing!!! I will be announcing the winner of the Beatles music giveaway this upcoming weekend, or at the very latest, on Monday Sept 26, 2016.  To enter, be sure to see my giveaway video!  Good luck, everyone!!!  XO ~Kelle
