Hi, loves! Hope you all had an amazing weekend!! Thank you to my followers who helped me reach over 300 subscribers on YouTube today!!!! Thank you so much for joining my YouTube family!!!! So grateful for you all!!! I’ll be doing a Spring giveaway for you guys very soon on my channel! :))) Next up in this post is the editorial makeup look that I wore to the Danny Clinch Gallery Opening this week! I love how this look turned out. The metallic turquoise shade in the corners of my eyes is what really made this look! I felt like a sea-nymph wearing it lol. This look is super simple to create, and might be one of my favorite makeup looks of all time! Hope you guys enjoy this look as much as I do! The gallery event was epic. Danny Clinch is a legendary photographer and his exhibit at the Leica Store in West Hollywood was unbelievable! I took you guys along with me and you can also see a bit of his work in the vlog portion of my video. Enjoy!! Also, don’t forget to follow me on Twitter, Facebook, & Instagram! Much love!!! ❤ ❤ ~Kelle
Hello, my loves!! In this video, I review and swatch Lorac’s Enchanting Elegance and Refined Romance palettes, both palettes inspired by the runway! I also do a GRWM Victorian romance type look with the Enchanting Elegance palette.
For this Victorian Romance look, I went with a pale skin with pop of pink cheeks look, glossy wine lips, & satin eyes. The Enchanting Elegance palette was so perfect for creating this particular makeup look. Thanksgiving is approaching and I think it is a soft and pretty look for the holidays.
Included in the Enchanting Elegance palettes are 2 satin & 4 matte shadows, 1 highlighter, and 2 blushes. Lorac’s Refined Romance Palette comes with 4 satin and 2 matte eyeshadows, 2 highlighters, and 1 blush. If you are more into matte eyeshadows, the Enchanting Elegance palette might be a better option for you as you do receive more matte shades with this palette. If you are a highlighter person, the Refined Romance comes with 2 highlighters, rather than just the one highlighter included in the Enchanting Elegance palette.
The eyeshadows apply and blend beautifully with the smooth textures we know and love from Lorac. The eyeshadow color schemes are gorgeousssss. The Enchanted Elegance palette offers more options for smoky eye looks as compared to the Refined Romance palette.
If you are more of a natural makeup or neutrals person, the Refined Romance offers very soft and natural shade selections for soft and/or natural makeup looks. This palette is fantastic for a one-stop daytime makeup shop!
If you like this review and grwm video, please be sure to give it a like & subscribe for more future videos :))) Thanks for watching! Wishing you and yours a very happy Thanksgiving!!!!!!!! Much love!!! xoxo Kelle
Greetings! In my latest video, I review Anastasia’s Contour Cream Kit and also give you some of my cream contouring tips. When using cream contour products, I prefer using deep cream contour shades. Even on fair skin tones like mine, I think deep shades can provide the most natural looking contour when sheered out onto the skin. There are 4 contour palettes in the Anastasia Contour Cream Kit line, and in this video I review the “Deep” palette. It comes with six shades. The top row of shades is fantastic for mixing into the darker shades in the bottom row, to achieve the perfect natural bronze shade for any eye/cheek look. It took me three washes with soap and water to remove the swatches. This is great news. Many powder bronzes just wipe right off. Even without having to set the shades with a powder, the longevity of these Anastasia cream contour shades is remarkable: with over 8 hours of wear without budging! This palette is also fantastic if you have dry skin like I do, because powders can just cause more dryness. My favorite way to apply the shades is with my Elf stipple brush, and then blending over that with a synthetic BH Cosmetics face brush. Overall, I think what makes the Anastasia Contour Cream Kit such an outstanding palette is that the shades don’t look super creamy/sheen-y when applied, as you can see in the swatches. They look like super pigmented bronzers with the blendability of a cream. Suitable for all skin tones too! I haven’t found cream contour shades that provide this natural of a contour in a while! Happy Sunday! XO ~Kelle
I decided to do this diy tutorial because I have been wanting to do away with the packaging on my small palettes & single eye shadows. Minimalism! :))))) So I came up with a cool way to personalize my Z palettes using recycled magazines and empty dvd cases! Life hacks! Rather than just a basic dvd case sitting on my vanity, I customized them by cutting out images from old magazines. I selected my images based on the shades I selected for each of the palettes (photo below). My favorite of the bunch, is my highlighting face palette. I love the beachy vintage look with orange parachute.
I did depot my shadows before designing the palettes. My apologies for completely forgetting to elaborate on how I secured the depotted shadows to the insides of the
palettes in the video! I used a hot glue gun to secure them to the inside of the cases. Super glue works great too. Sorry for not going into more detail on that! To stylize the front and back of your makeup z palettes:
First make sure your dvd cases have front and back plastic sleeves (if you wish for it to be personalized on both sides of the palette). And if you would rather use real photos to personalize your palettes, that works just as great, too!
Simply select your favorite images, and trim the images to fit the front and backs of the palettes. If you have a good eye, you can get a feel for if the image you cut will fit the inside of the dvd sleeve. Measuring the dvd case and image is best for precision accuracy. If no measuring tape is on hand, an image that is larger than the case is best, because you can always trim it around the edges to fit perfectly.
I hope you enjoyed my tutorial video and hope you have as much fun designing your palettes as I did mine! Please be sure to give it a like & subscribe for more future videos :))) Thanks for watching! Muahhhh!!! xoxoxoox
Greetings, fellow earthlings! Thank you so much to everyone who entered to win The Beatles music giveaway! Your support is amazing!!!! I used randomresult.com to select the winner…and drum roll please…..the winner is NONIE FUSS! Thanks so much for your support on my channel, hon! Enjoy the music! For those of you that really wanted to win the giveaway,
never fear, I will be doing a makeup giveaway in the next few weeks! Stay tuned for it! A big shout out goes out to Shay Cosmetics for requesting on Instagram that I do another makeup look tutorial. Your support is rockin! Thank you!! I used both drugstore and high-end products to achieve this look. The pop of color liner can be worn day or night with a gel Milani eyeshadow, in the shade Bella Cobalt, on the upper lash line. For uber color, I soaked my liner brush with face mist before dipping into the blue cobalt. To make the look more posh for night prowling, simply add some more black liner and smudge it out around the eyes! Because the blue liner shade is lighter in color than my eyes, it helped to make my eyes look bluer and brighter in sunlight. I wanted to pair the blue liner with some mod mauve-ness,
so I used Milani’s Berry Amore blush & Smashbox Soft Lights Tint. This cheeky pairing is great with Mac’s Myth lipstick. The focus of this look really was on the eyes with the rockin liner & lashes. I can never ever be without my Pacifica Dream Big mascara.
Faux falsies are a thing! What girl or boy doesn’t want the effect of false lashes, without the mess of having to apply them?!!! Also a giant shout out and thank you to Pacifica Beauty for featuring my No Brushes makeup look today on Instagram & Twitter. Love you inspiring ladies!! Also, please be sure to leave me any requests you have for future videos in a comment below! If you dig the day/night makeup look, liking the video & subscribing to my channel would be sooooo righteous! Thanks loves!! XO ~Kelle
TGIF, everyone!! I hope everyone had a beautiful week and also hope you have a rockin weekend to come! If you like comedy, then you will surely enjoy seeing me be at the devices of my fingers in the NO Makeup Brushes Challenge! Thank you to my amazing subscriber, Nonie, for suggesting that I do this fun full faced makeup look without any brushes! I loved the way the look turned out! In this video I also share with you one of my eyebrow tricks for creating a cool modeling look that I like to wear a lot. Simply drag your brow pencil a little more towards the bare area between your brows to rock your inner Elvis! Whilst applying this makeup look with my fingers, I also discovered a few cool new makeup tricks! I discovered a great new way to get super-duper smooth under-eyes. Who knew that applying the silky Wet N’ Wild banana powder from the Dulce de Leche contour palette under the eye without a brush (for the first time ever), would give the absolute smoothest finish!!! It made my under-eyes look airbrushed! Anywho, I hope you have as much fun watching this video, as I did filming it! Thanks again, Nonie, for the request! Your support is always so amazing!!! I will be announcing the winner of the Beatles music giveaway this upcoming weekend, or at the very latest, on Monday Sept 26, 2016. To enter, be sure to see my giveaway video! Good luck, everyone!!!
