Hi loves! It’s #ToneItUpTuesday !! :))))) I recently had a request on Instagram to do this fitness video. A different genre than what I normally do on my channel, and a fun video to put together for you guys!
Disclaimer: I am a professional model, not a personal trainer, so it is important to consult with a physician before beginning any workout. The exercises I share with you in this video are a few of the ones that work for me in my interval training process. My daily 20-30 minute routine consists of 6-7 butt, abs, arms, legs & thigh targeting exercises. It is very important to keep your muscles guessing, so I like to switch up a lot of these exercises and/or increase the intervals. While I love 60 minute workouts, I’ve found that interval training for 20-30 minutes is equally as great! And I hope this workout goes awesome for you, too! Many of my interval training workouts consist of using my Piltates Ultra-Fit circle (left side of yoga mat). It is not necessary to have one to be able to do this workout, however. A 5 lb weight or canned food from your kitchen cupboard works great, too! I personally love the Pilates circle because it allows me to target several muscles at once and tones my arms FAST. It is amazing for inner thighs also! You can easily do thigh squeezes with it while you work from a laptop as well! :)))) For more info on the Pilates circle, click here. Let’s get this workout started!!
Just grab a yoga mat (or large towel), a Pilates circle or single weight of some sort (I like 5 lbs, but 2 lb weights are great, too!), a tall jug of water, & let’s SWEAT!!! Hope you enjoy the video! Much love! ❤ ❤ xoxo ~Kelle
Happy National Puppy Day, everyone! These two peas in a pod always make life interesting!
Lil’ Maple survived parvo and was quarantined for three months before I found her. It was love at first sight. After I adopted her, she started perching on my shoulder like a bird. Building chihuahua-bird nests with my hair is her thing. And she is always keeping me on my toes!
Maple keeps me on my toes, & Posh keeps me RUNNING! Total bundle of energy. She never gets tired. lol. Also, chicken is her thing. Just say the word & Posh will dance, sit, or roll over for it. These babes are my life. Wishing everyone a Happy Puppy Day!
Good morning, lovely ones! There is nothing quite like the gift of art. Art is one of the most inspiring vessels for creativity. Art tells a unique, one-of-a-kind story, that only the artist can tell. This glorious pottery mug, handmade by Professor Jill Brugler, was sent to me this week by my friend Charles Blim, owner of the Charlie B Gallery in Nevada. Charlie is an arts enthusiast and extraordianry advocate for artists!
He mug hugged me with this gorgeous drinking vessel in my favorite shade of lime green. Its beautiful design is just….wowwwww…I am at a loss for words. I absolutely love its bright, bohemian, and marbled look. The marbling reminds me so much of tie dye, one of my favorite things. Dishwasher safe, too! Charlie has created a movement of gifting people with pottery mug art, created by local Nevada artists, from his gallery. He will randomly gift a postal employee, gallery patron, and even gifts complete strangers, with a mug masterpiece from his gallery. Not only does he light up the day of the person he gives a mug too, he is also getting the beautiful work of his local artists out into the world. The world needs more people like Charlie. Supporting the arts is of crucial importance, and especially now, more than ever before.Without art, life would just be blahhhhh. To me, art is life, and life is art. My grandmother was an artist. She taught me so much about life through art. One time when I was kid, she painted a mural of a giant bear staring up at the stars onto the entire side of a van. It was a masterpiece. When she painted faces, you would see yourself for the first time. Art pulled her through the Great Depression and then some. And art, coffee, and this spiritual drinking vessel shall get me through this great political depression 🙂 While on the topic of art/ists, I thought I would also feature this gorgeous mug with a Tiger’s Eye origami resin bowl, handcrafted by artisans at Lawrence Essentials. The colors in this handcrafted bowl are so stunning when the light hits it just right. Amber lights are just so sooooooothing & love it paired with my new Brugler mug ;)))
Some of the greatest masterpieces have been made with an artist’s own two hands. It is remarkable to think about the time, the stories, inspiration, brilliance, patience, and dedication it takes for an artist to create a unique work of art. There will be loads of morning medium roast Kona Hawaiian coffee & afternoon green tea sipped from this lime green goblet of goodness. May Charlie’s Giving Cup inspire fashion/jewelry design and lyrics! With <3, a Professor Brugler lime green goblet masterpiece & Kona coffee, there is nothing that can’t be conquered! :))) Thank you so much for the mug hug, Charlie!!! Godspeed to Charlie’s Art Movement! As much as he supports artists, we can also support him by following him on Facebook, Twitter, & Instagram! You never know, he may just #MUGHUGYOU! Much love!! ~Kelle ❤ ❤
Coffee black & egg white stripes sounded minimal and comfy for this outfit of the week look. And let’s mix in some sultry grey skies & some trail trekking. The skies were gorgeous-ly grey that day for this OOTW fashion video shoot upon the scenic hillside of Mulholland Drive! Comfort was on my mind for this daytime ensemble. So I went with a textured & striped top from Zara that I love to swim in (not literally ;),
& grey suede “Manon” riding boots by Rosegold, to match the weather 🙂This look would not have been complete without my Muskoka Nord orange agate fish necklace & Muskoka Nord Teepee choker! I absolutely love the Native American vibes of these pieces.
Totally off topic, but I also have a thing for Swedish fish. They are my favorite candy…like…ever! Maybe someday they will also come out with Irish fish too? :)))))) #anIrishgirlcandream
I love the big & chunky pockets on this Zara shirt. Makes it awesome for holding things like a cell, lip balm, or….swedish fish. heheheee
This look can easily be recreated to make it your own with any funk top, blue jeans, black jacket, tall boots & layering jewelry. The beauty of fashion is that the possibilities are endless! I hope you guys enjoyed this look and video. Much love!! xoxo ~Kelle
Aloha, everyone! Weekends would definitely not be the same without fresh coffee….and especially Kona RedHawaiian coffee!! We had a blast at the Natural Products Expo West last weekend down in Anaheim, CA!
Kona Red coffee is made with Kona coffee beans cultivated on the big island of Hawaii. My favorite Kona Red cold brewed blend is the Hawaiian Vanilla. It is only 25 calories, non-dairy, vegan, gluten-free, rich in antioxidants, & only 5g of sugar. Cold brewed coffee is less acidic & contains twice as much caffeine as hot brewed coffee! Who knew!?!! The taste of this blend is smooth and delicious. Some iced coffees can be overly sweet, and this one gets it just right! You can also add your own dairy preference to it and make it a latté! Yummmmmy!!!! Kona Red can be found at your local Bristol Farms, Albertson’s, Safeway, etc etc :)))
It was such a fun weekend and more on Kona Red’s delicious and healthy products will be coming soon in a future post! Thank you so much to Live Talent & Kona Red for the awesome booking!! Wishing everyone a rockin weekend!!! MAHALO!!!! XO ~Kelle
Happy Friday, loves!!! Thought I would share with you a few clips from last nights session. It is a cover of Burn, one of my favorite songs by the ever so talented Ray Lamontagne. Hope you enjoy! Have a beautiful & blessed weekend! ❤ ❤ xoxo Kelle
