Today I whipped up s’more of my Chocolate Coco Peanut Butter dip in my blender! This time I added cacao nibs to this yummy superfood recipe. Feel free to increase the amounts of your favorite ingredients in this raw and fiber-ful dish.
This recipe has a long shelf life when stored in an airtight container, so it won’t be going bad anytime soon. This dip is great paired with fresh fruit, so delish on crackers & sandwiches, and a great healthy frosting on cakes & cupcakes.
Basically: it’s my version of healthy Nutella! I hope you guys enjoy it!
2 tbsp coconut oil
2 tbsp Navitas Naturals raw cacao powder
2 tbsp raw peanut butter
2 tbsp flax seeds
1 tbsp Splenda brown sugar
cacao nibs (also optional)
Blend all ingredients with pulse mode until desired consistency.
