Greetings, fellow earthlings! Thank you so much to everyone who entered to win The Beatles music giveaway! Your support is amazing!!!! I used randomresult.com to select the winner…and drum roll please…..the winner is NONIE FUSS! Thanks so much for your support on my channel, hon! Enjoy the music! For those of you that really wanted to win the giveaway,
never fear, I will be doing a makeup giveaway in the next few weeks! Stay tuned for it! A big shout out goes out to Shay Cosmetics for requesting on Instagram that I do another makeup look tutorial. Your support is rockin! Thank you!! I used both drugstore and high-end products to achieve this look. The pop of color liner can be worn day or night with a gel Milani eyeshadow, in the shade Bella Cobalt, on the upper lash line. For uber color, I soaked my liner brush with face mist before dipping into the blue cobalt. To make the look more posh for night prowling, simply add some more black liner and smudge it out around the eyes! Because the blue liner shade is lighter in color than my eyes, it helped to make my eyes look bluer and brighter in sunlight. I wanted to pair the blue liner with some mod mauve-ness,
so I used Milani’s Berry Amore blush & Smashbox Soft Lights Tint. This cheeky pairing is great with Mac’s Myth lipstick. The focus of this look really was on the eyes with the rockin liner & lashes. I can never ever be without my Pacifica Dream Big mascara.
Faux falsies are a thing! What girl or boy doesn’t want the effect of false lashes, without the mess of having to apply them?!!! Also a giant shout out and thank you to Pacifica Beauty for featuring my No Brushes makeup look today on Instagram & Twitter. Love you inspiring ladies!! Also, please be sure to leave me any requests you have for future videos in a comment below! If you dig the day/night makeup look, liking the video & subscribing to my channel would be sooooo righteous! Thanks loves!! XO ~Kelle
In case you guys missed it, my latest Casting Makeup Look & Drugstore GRWM video is now up on Youtube! I went with mostly drugstore makeup items to achieve this minimal look for my casting. A few of these products made it into my March Favorites video that will be up soon as well. Thanks so much to my new subscribers for supporting my channel! Love you!!! Hi loves!! It has been quite a while since my last eyeshadow haul. I decided to not do a video on this one because nearly every girl & boy immersed in the wonderful world of makeup knows about Milani’s amazing eyeshadows 🙂 If you are not familiar with them, the shadows are gel-like when they are used wet, & I find that their gel texture really helps with adhering to my eye primer for all-day/night longevity. Many eyeshadows these days can be used wet, however, they are not always a gel texture & I am all about not having to touch up! I am a huge fan of them and picked up 7 more shades.
Milani Eyeshadow Shades: Bella Teal, Bella Purple, Bella Navy
Thought I would mention that my favorite crease shade in the entire Milani eyeshadow range is Bella Mandarin. It is so good that I could eat it!!! Hehe! Really though, the shadows are Vegan! How amazing is that!? I also can’t get enough of Milani rose blushes! You can read more about them in my past blog. Happy weekend, everyone!! XO ~Kelle
Hi guys! I’ve just finished the edit of my Purple Smokey Eye video (viewable in HD 🙂 I had a lot of fun with this one! I had no idea it would turn out the way it did and happy with how my makeup turned out for last night’s Eagles of Death Metal concert! Many of the products used for this purple smokey eye and warm lipstick look are drugstore and very affordable. Wet N’ Wild’s duochrome shadow from their Comfort Zone palette looks amazing as a warm backdrop to Milani’s Purrr-fect Purple Baked metallic shadow & Royal Purple Shadow Eyez stick. The Jordana Matte Pretty Lipstick tied in the warmth from the duochrome shadow so well! I have a feeling I’ll be wearing this look more than once. Who knew that applying eye cream with a dampened beauty blender would be the best kept eye care secret!? I’ve been doing it every day and night, before makeup and after makeup removal. Thank you so much to the amazing people at Planet Beauty in Encino, for giving me such an awesome eye tip! Stay tuned for my next blog where I will discuss a fantastic product they recommended. A product so great that it has me using my Clarisonic again. TBD in my next blog :))))))) Thank you sooooo much, Planet Beauty! If you haven’t subscribed to my YouTube channel, I would be so thrilled to have you as a subscriber! Wishing all of you a beautiful night! XO ~Kelle
This evening I took my Chihuahuas out for their nightly walk on this perfect 65 degree night, and I caught the most beautiful wiff of fresh flowers & honeysuckle! A springtime state of mind has mos def set in. It also made me get to work on the edit of my Milani Rose Blush review video! These limited edition blushes are just stunning! The rose embossing is a dream come true! They were love at first sight, but believe it or not, Romantic Rose and her evil, unopened, rosy step sisters were almost returned. Yep. I said it. And I never return makeup. Even after several attempts, it just would not swatch for me in my NYC hotel room last month. It felt like I had to dig into Romantic Rose with my finger to get any sort of color payoff. Yes, I almost returned them but did not feel like walking back to CVS in NYC’s 19 degree weather. The following morning I decided to try Romantic Rose on my face with my blush brush. Thank goodness for that NYC weather, because despite not swatching well, it picked up lots of pigmented colour
onto my brush! All hail, Romantic Rose is now my new holy grail blush!! In this video, I swatch and review for the first time the other two shades, Coral Cove, and Tea Rose. These blushes definitely have swatching minds of their own, but wear like a dream come true! After reviewing them, I cannot wait to wear these gorgeous shades in some future makeup looks. Further, these dreamy drugstore blushes are made with real rose petals! To top things off, you can sometimes find them Buy 1, get one 50% off at your local CVS or Walgreen’s. Perhaps I am smelling a future rose Milani makeup tutorial with Coral Cove and Tea Rose! #springtime #stateofmind
This pic is from my recent Spring Makeup Tutorial, in which I paired a glossy-eyed look with Milani’s Romantic Rose:
This look was so much fun to create, and it really would not have felt like a Spring makeup tutorial had it not been for my new holy grail Milani Romantic Rose Blush!! I hope they come out with a rainbow array of these rose blush colors! xooxoxox
Today is the first day of Spring, so I thought it would be the perfect day to write about my Spring Makeup Tutorial, requested by my beautiful subscriber, Sandra Paulline! Thank you, Sandra! What a great request! I just love seeing all of the beautiful springtime flowers in full bloom outside! This glossy-eyed look I wanted to keep very simple, dewy, and natural, with a pop of color on the lips. The products I used to achieve this look are listed below in my youtube video. One of my favorites was the Milani Rose Blush in the shade, Romantic Rose! It is the perfect color for any kind of look, and would be great on any skin tone! Their embossed rose blushes are a dream and just the perfect, affordable, springtime blush to have in your makeup collection! Stay tuned for my Milani Rose Blush Mini-Review Video and blog post :))))) xooxoxox
